2. What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you provide voluntarily through forms on this site. Through the general contact form: first name, last name, email address and the content of your message. Through the pilot-program application page: company name, contact name, role, WhatsApp number and a description of your business's main pain point.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social fingerprinting on this site.

The one exception is the /piloto page: visiting it triggers a one-time, real-time notification to the site operator with your approximate location (derived from your IP address) and device type. This is a live alert only — it is not logged, stored, or kept in any database.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Personal data submitted via the contact form is processed solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for the terms acceptance, your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Contact form data is kept only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for any follow-up correspondence, typically up to 12 months. After that, messages are deleted unless a contractual or legal obligation requires longer retention.

5. Recipients

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA; GDPR-compliant DPA in place) and by our email provider when responding to your inquiry.

6. Your rights

You have the right, under the GDPR, to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • erase your data (right to be forgotten);
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format (data portability);
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

7. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for session continuity if applicable) may be used.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. The “last updated” date above will indicate when changes were made.
